How the company started

Who you work with
Dear Vows is founder-led. A small team writes the guides, reviews drafts for voice, and answers support. You will not be handed to a rotating marketplace writer. Email is the front door; the person on the other side is working the words, not a ticket queue designed to close.

Press Get Started on dearvows.com. There is no account. Answer the guided questions — typed or spoken — about the two of you. Progress saves in your browser so you can leave and come back on the same device.
Turnaround
The first draft arrives in the same sitting after you finish the prompts. You edit in place, request rewrites, and practice in the teleprompter whenever you want. That is the difference from a studio that books you a call next Thursday.
Who you work with, and how to reach us
Drafts are generated from your answers, then read by a person on the Dear Vows team. Support, rewrites, and refunds run through hello@dearvows.com. We work the draft with you until it sounds like you, or we refund within 14 days of purchase if it never does.
After you unlock
Open edits stay available until the wedding morning. The teleprompter and keepsake page remain yours. Stories are used to write your vows; they are not sold. Details live in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
